Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Windows AI assistant that sits next to my cursor and feels like a patient tutor.

I want to hold a hotkey, ask a question out loud, and have it look at my screen, explain what it sees, and point to the right thing with a clear visual cue. It should speak the answer back, work in the background, and feel smooth and friendly rather than like a chat box I have to keep opening.

Please make it run locally by default with Ollama so it works offline with no API key, but leave room for other AI providers too. It should be able to read screenshots, handle multi monitor setups, and remember context for the current app so it does not mix up different tasks. If I say next, repeat, or stop, it should respond right away. If possible, also let me attach documents or notes for extra context and keep a simple local history of what we covered.
