I want you to build me a self-hosted password manager backend, basically a clone of the official Bitwarden server. This should be the complete infrastructure that Bitwarden client applications, like the browser extension or mobile app, can connect to for storing and syncing user vaults. It needs to handle all the core functionality: the main API, the database for storing encrypted data, and services for user identity and notifications.
