Build me an Android app that turns the phone or tablet into a VNC server so I can view and control it from another computer on the same network.

It should work on Android 7 and up without root, show the screen remotely, let me use mouse and keyboard for control, and support copy and paste between the viewer and the device. I want options for setting a password, choosing the port, starting automatically on boot, and discovering the device on the local network. It would be great if it could also let me control the device from a web browser with an embedded noVNC page.
