Reverse engineered prompt

I'd like to build a local, self-hosted security camera system to use with my smart home setup. It should function as a network video recorder (NVR) that connects to my existing IP cameras.

The core feature I want is real-time AI object detection. It should be smart enough to distinguish between people, cars, and other objects, and only record video clips when something important is detected. Everything should run on my own hardware, with no cloud services involved.

Please build a clean web interface that shows a live dashboard of all cameras, a way to review recorded event clips, and a tool for drawing detection zones and masks directly on the camera feeds. The system should be able to use a Google Coral or a GPU for acceleration to keep it running fast. Most importantly, it needs to integrate tightly with Home Assistant. Setting it all up to run in Docker would be ideal.
