Build me a documentation site for NVIDIA Cloud Native Technologies, with separate docs areas for things like GPU Operator, Container Toolkit, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and the other related topics in this repo. I want it to feel like a real product docs portal, with versioned pages, a latest version, navigation between sections, and a clean reading experience that works well in a browser.

Please make it easy to build the docs locally, ideally in a container, and make sure there is a simple command for generating the site and checking for broken links. It should also be set up so updates can be published from tagged releases, while the main branch can stay as the in progress version.
