Build me a fullstack starter toolkit for Next.js called Blitz, something that makes it easy to create a new app and get it running fast.

I want a clean command line experience where someone can set up a new project, start a local dev server, and open a working app right away. The project should feel like a real framework, not just a template, with the usual pieces already wired together so people can build pages, server logic, and database backed features without a lot of setup. Make it polished, modern, and easy to extend, with good defaults and helpful docs or messages where needed. If you need to check the latest Next.js or Prisma guidance online, go ahead and do that.
