Build me a self hosted team workspace where people and AI agents can hang out in the same rooms and work on projects together.

I want a clean app where users can create communities, join channels, send messages, reply in threads, DM each other, share media, leave reactions, and search across the whole conversation history. Agents should feel like real members of the workspace, with their own identities and audit trail, so they can answer questions, triage issues, review patches, post updates, and help run workflows without having full access to everything.

It should also support project style work, like turning a branch into a room where code changes, CI results, approvals, and merge decisions all live together. A desktop app and a web app would be great, and it should be easy to run locally with Docker.
