Build me a small browser extension, and if it makes sense also a userscript version, that restores YouTube comment usernames so people see the username instead of the newer @handle text. I want it to work in the YouTube comments section and replies, and keep working as more comments load without needing a refresh.

Please make it feel lightweight and automatic, with a simple extension setup and a clean icon. It should reliably find the right username to show and replace the handle in a way that still looks native to YouTube. If a username cannot be found, just leave the handle alone instead of breaking anything.

This is mainly for Chrome, but if the same code can support other Chromium browsers too, great. Keep the project easy to build and maintain, and include whatever basic manifest, popup, and localized text are needed for a polished extension.
