Build me a Spring Boot demo app with full observability so I can see traces, metrics, and logs all in Grafana.

I want three small Spring Boot services that talk to each other, with a shared endpoint flow so I can click through a request across services and see it in Tempo, Prometheus, and Loki. Use OpenTelemetry for tracing, Micrometer and Spring Boot Actuator for metrics, and Logback so logs include trace IDs and can be searched from Grafana. It should run with Docker Compose, bring up Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, and Loki, and come with a ready to use dashboard that shows the app health and request activity.

Please include an easy way to generate traffic, like a simple request script or a load test script, and expose Swagger pages for each app so I can try the endpoints myself. If you need current setup details, look up the latest docs online and wire it up in a way that works out of the box.
