Build me a self-hosted server monitoring application, something like an open-source UptimeRobot that I can run myself. I want a beautiful, clean dashboard that gives me a real-time overview of all my websites and servers.

The app should be able to ping my sites, check specific ports, and monitor SSL certificates to make sure they're not expiring. It should track uptime, downtime, and response times, displaying the history with nice charts. If a service goes down, it should create an "incident" and send alerts to my Discord or Slack. It would also be great to have public-facing status pages that I can create and share with my users.

For the tech, let's use a React frontend with MUI for a modern look and a Node.js backend with MongoDB for storage. Please make sure the whole application is containerized with Docker so it's easy for me to deploy.
