Build me a public GitHub style collection called Awesome LLM Apps. I want it to feel like a curated library of practical AI app examples, not a single chatbot.

Organize it into clear sections for starter AI agents, advanced AI agents, RAG tutorials, MCP agents, voice agents, and advanced LLM apps. Each example should have its own simple README explaining what it does, what model providers it can use, what keys or local model setup are needed, and how to run it.

Include examples that cover things like research agents, travel planning, data analysis, finance, health and fitness, meetings, podcast or voice workflows, and document question answering. Make the main README polished and easy to browse, with categories, short descriptions, and links to each project.

Support common providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI, and local open source models where it makes sense. Keep everything beginner friendly and well documented. Look up current docs online if you need to.
