Build me a free open source toolkit called BMad Method that helps people use AI coding tools in a more organized agile way, from idea to planning to building.
I want it to work like an installable command line helper for projects. A user should be able to run one simple install command, answer prompts, choose modules, and then open Cursor, Claude Code, or another AI IDE with the right agents, skills, and workflows ready to use. Include helpful expert personas like product manager, architect, developer, UX, and testing guidance, plus a help skill users can ask when they don’t know what to do next.
It should support different project sizes, from small bug fixes to bigger software builds, without overwhelming people. Also include documentation, a simple website area, and web bundle downloads for ChatGPT or Gemini so users can do brainstorming, product briefs, PRDs, UX specs, and research before moving into their IDE. Look up current docs online if needed.
