Build me a clean Android home screen launcher called Alphabet Launcher.

I want it to feel fast and minimal, with a black background, big white text, a live clock and date at the top, and a favorites section for a few common apps. The main thing should be a right edge A to Z index bar that I can drag with my finger, and as I move it the letters should bend smoothly toward my touch with a nice springy animation when I let go. When I tap or drag on a letter, show the apps installed on the phone that start with that letter, sorted nicely, and let me open them right away.

Also add a swipe up search view that opens a search overlay and filters apps as I type. It should use the real installed apps on the device, and the app should be able to work as the default home screen. If you need to check current Android docs or APIs, look them up online first.
