Build me a simple web app for tracking security compliance across different frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST 800 53, CMMC, ASVS, PCI DSS, and CIS 18.

I want a dashboard where a team can create a company or tenant, load a framework, and track progress on controls and subcontrols as they move through each requirement. It should show an overview of completion, let people open a control and see its tasks, notes, and status, and include a risk register for anything that needs follow up. It should also support multiple tenants, login with SSO if possible, and a way for auditors to collaborate on reviews.

Please make it easy to add new frameworks from a JSON file, and use file storage for uploaded evidence. If you need current setup details or docs, look them up online and keep the app runnable with Docker.
