Build me a simple open source bio link app where someone can make a personal landing page with their photo, name, short bio, and a list of links to things like social profiles, websites, stores, or contact pages.

I want it to feel clean, modern, and mobile first. People should be able to claim a username, edit their page from a basic dashboard, reorder links, turn links on or off, and see a nice public profile page at a shareable URL. It would be great if the profile supports a custom accent color or simple theme so pages do not all look the same.

Please make the core flow actually usable end to end, including creating an account, saving profile info, and publishing the page. If there is already backend or function support in the repo, wire it up so the app works locally and is easy to deploy. Keep the code organized and sensible, and look up current docs online if you need to.
