Build me a simple but polished web app called ChessIQ for chess players who want to train positional evaluation, not tactics. I want users to see a real chess position, think about things like material, space, king safety, and piece activity, then choose whether White is better, Black is better, or the position is equal by clicking clear visual buttons. After they guess, show the real evaluation and give a little feedback so it feels useful for learning. Please include a nice home page, the main training screen, a help or info flow for first time users, and credits.

If possible, also wire up basic accounts, saved progress, a positional rating or score, and a leaderboard page so people can track improvement over time. It should feel smooth, modern, and easy to use, with a strong chess themed design and good onboarding. Use the existing position data and any current app pieces that are already in the repo.
