Build me a browser based AI assistant for network troubleshooting called NetSage AI.

Please make the first version focused on CLI analysis, with the other ideas like config review, interview practice, lab scenarios, and 300 710 prep shown as coming soon if they are not ready yet. Keep the UI simple and polished, with good spacing, readable text, and helpful empty states. If you need current docs or API details, look them up online. Also make sure it can be built and run locally, and that it’s ready for static deployment.
