Build me DeepGraph, a web app for scientific discovery that can ingest research papers, pull out the important claims and evidence, and organize them into a knowledge graph.

I want a simple dashboard where I can search a topic, see a plain language summary of the area, spot open questions and contradictions, and view the papers and evidence behind each idea. It should also run an automated loop that suggests new hypotheses, checks them against the literature, and can kick off lightweight experiments or validation runs when possible.

Please make it easy to start locally, with a clear setup using environment variables, a database, and a main page on localhost. If you need to look up current docs online while wiring it together, do that.
