Build me a self hosted documentation and wiki app for a small team. I want it to feel simple enough that someone who can use a normal word processor can create and edit pages without training. People should be able to organize information in a clear book style structure, with books, chapters, and pages, so company notes, how to guides, policies, and project docs don’t get lost.

It should have a clean web interface, easy page editing, search, links between pages, and user accounts so we can control who can view or edit things. Keep the main experience friendly and not overloaded, but leave room for more advanced options for power users.

Make it ready to run on our own server, with sensible install steps, environment settings, database setup, tests, and basic docs. Use current docs online if you need to.
