Build me a presentation app where talks feel more like a live performance than a slide deck. I want a fixed 1920 by 1080 stage that scales cleanly with black bars, and each click should advance one beat at a time. The whole show should be deterministic, so if I jump to a beat in the URL or refresh, I always see the same frame.

Include a presenter view with current and next beat, notes, and a timer, plus an overview screen so I can jump around quickly. I also want a debug mode, fullscreen, blackout, keyboard controls, and support for simple animated reveals, counters, diagrams, terminal style output, charts, and locally generated QR codes.

Keep it fully offline, with everything bundled locally and no network calls during build. Make it work as a React and TypeScript app, and if you need to look up current docs online, do that.
