Build me a personal WhatsApp auto reply assistant for my own number, with a simple phone friendly dashboard so I can approve or block anything risky from my phone. It should only reply to people I allow, start paused by default, and stay quiet if I’ve already replied in that chat. I want basic rule based replies for things like greetings, away messages, quiet hours, and keyword matching, plus a fallback to an AI model only when needed. Anything about money, OTPs, meetings, health, or addresses should go to a hold queue instead of sending automatically.

Please include a way to test decisions without actually sending messages, support Hindi, Hinglish, and English, and let me set per contact behavior like auto, ask, or ignore.
