Build me a Claude Cowork skill set for social media content research and planning.

I want it to help me find what is actually working on X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, then turn that into useful content ideas and a simple strategy I can follow. It should be able to pull in posts and videos from a list of accounts I choose, spot the top performers, and call out patterns like hooks, structure, topics, and recurring formats. For YouTube, it should also find outlier videos and analyze transcripts or video content so I can see why they performed well.

Please make it work in Claude Desktop as custom skills, with a setup that uses API keys from Apify, TubeLab, and Gemini. I’d also like a content planner that combines everything into one report with clear recommendations and cross platform opportunities.
