Build me a web app that lets me create polished course completion certificates from just a few inputs like name, course, date, and instructor. I want a live preview beside the form so I can see the certificate update as I type, and I want the layout to handle long names nicely without breaking.

Please include at least two certificate styles, one more formal and one more modern, and let me customize the brand details like organization name, colors, and a logo upload.
