Build me an AI powered construction estimating app that helps me take a bid package from start to finish.

I want to upload plans, specs, spreadsheets, and zip files, have the app extract and organize the files, and then let me search the project knowledge, do 2D takeoff on PDFs, and also handle 3D model takeoff with linked quantities. It should let me build estimates with line items, assemblies, labor rates, burdens, materials, and phases, then turn that into a polished quote I can send to a customer.

Please also include a review workflow where the AI checks the estimate against the documents, flags gaps or risks, and gives me notes I can act on. A scheduling view with tasks and milestones would be great too. I’d like it to feel like a real estimator’s workspace, not just a chat bot, with saved projects, revisions, and audit history.
