Build me a client side Bitcoin wallet tool that runs entirely in the browser.

I want a simple site where someone can enter a phrase or key and generate Bitcoin addresses and private keys, with support for compressed keys and the usual Base58 encode and decode helpers. It should also handle OpenSSL point conversion, deterministic wallet formats like Armory and Electrum, and include an RFC 1751 word based key converter.

Please add a way to edit Bitcoin transactions, and tools for signing and verifying messages with a Bitcoin address. If it makes sense, include Litecoin support too.

Keep it all fast and self contained, with no server side processing. Make the page easy to use, clear, and practical for someone who just wants to generate, convert, inspect, and test wallet data in one place. If you need to look up current docs or edge cases online, go ahead and do that.
