Build me a personal portfolio website that feels like a simple side scrolling platformer game instead of a normal resume page.

Visitors should move horizontally through a playful world, and each building should represent one of my projects. When someone enters or clicks a project building, they should be able to see the project info, screenshots or previews, development notes, what I learned, and links to the hosted version if I have one. Keep it easy to read even though it feels game like.

I want it to work as a static website using regular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with assets for sprites, buildings, icons, and sound effects. Make it feel personal and memorable, with my branding built into the game style. Please make sure it works on desktop and is planned reasonably for mobile too.

Use projects.json for the project content so I can update projects without rewriting the whole site. Look up current docs online if you need to.
