brewed-ops/portfolio-template ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished personal portfolio site based on this template, and swap all the placeholder content for my own details.

I want the desktop version to feel premium, with a fixed profile rail on the left, an animated contour style background, and a clean bento style home section that shows my work, about me, services, testimonials, and contact info. It should also have the 3D carousel for featured pages or sites, plus a separate phone friendly layout that feels more like an app, with a floating bottom tab bar, quick tools, and swipeable cards.

Please make it feel smooth and modern, keep light and dark modes working, and respect reduced motion settings. Set up the profile info, headline, socials, project data, tools, FAQs, contact behavior, and SEO details so I can easily replace them later. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
