Build me a Python app that watches Binance spot or futures prices and sends Telegram alerts when a coin starts pumping or dumping based on a few settings I can tweak. I want to be able to give it my bot token and chat ID, choose which pairs to monitor or ignore, and set how sensitive it should be so it does not spam me with tiny moves. It should check prices continuously, keep running for a long time without memory issues, and optionally send periodic top pump and dump summaries for the biggest movers over set time windows.
