Build me a private life recording system that works between an iPhone and a Mac.

The iPhone app should let me tap one switch to start recording short audio chunks, keep recording even when the screen is locked or I’m using other apps, and ask for microphone and local network access the right way. The Mac side should receive those uploads over secure local HTTPS, save them safely, transcribe them locally with Whisper, and keep one continuous Markdown transcript with hourly markers. Once audio has been received and transcribed, it should be deleted from the phone automatically.

I want the setup to be private, with a pairing step that creates a token and certificate locally, no cloud backend, and no paid transcription service. Please make it easy to install on a connected iPhone from Xcode and include the Mac receiver setup too.
