Build me a fully interactive text based browser that can render modern websites in a terminal, and also work in a browser if needed.

I want it to feel like a real browser, so pages should load with JavaScript support, keyboard navigation, mouse support, and basic interaction with web apps, not just plain text dumps. It should use a real browser engine in the background, then convert what it sees into something readable in TTY. Please make it work well over SSH, and if possible keep bandwidth use low enough that it’s actually useful on bad connections. It would be great if it can also work nicely over Mosh for flaky connections.

Set it up so I can run it locally or in Docker, and include a simple way to build or run the terminal client and the browser side pieces. If you need to look up current docs or browser extension details online, do that.
