Build me the student project app that goes with Brian Holt’s Intermediate React course.

I want a simple, polished notes app that lets me create, edit, view, and delete notes, with the data saved locally so it still works after refresh. Make it feel clean and modern, with a nice layout and readable styling. Use the starter files in this repo as the base, and if you need to check how the course intended it to work, look up the current course docs online.

Keep the experience straightforward, so I can open the app and immediately start managing notes without any extra setup. If there’s already a completed example in the repo, match that general behavior and finish anything missing so the app feels done and usable.
