Build me a collection of ESP32 example projects for common IoT use cases, like reading sensors, driving a Nextion screen, sending data to Blynk, Modbus devices, Rainmaker, and maybe logging to things like Influx or Grafana.

I want it organized as separate working examples so I can pick one and flash it to an ESP32 without much extra setup. Make the code easy to follow, with simple configs I can change for Wi Fi, pins, and device settings. If there are a few different sensor or display setups, keep them as separate folders and make each one self contained.

Use current docs online if you need to, and keep the examples practical for real hardware, not just placeholder code.
