Build me a simple full stack todo app that runs with Bun and Next.js and saves data in PostgreSQL.

I want a clean homepage where I can add new todos, mark them complete, edit them, and delete them, with the list updating right away. Please use a nice modern UI with Tailwind and the kind of polished components you’d get from shadcn style patterns. Include basic validation so empty todos are not allowed, and make sure the app works well on mobile too.

Set it up so I can start it easily, seed the database with a few sample todos, and run it locally with a PostgreSQL connection string in an env file.
