Build me a native Mac app for Homebrew that feels fast and clean, basically a full GUI where I can see everything I have installed, what is outdated, and what was installed on purpose versus pulled in as a dependency. I want to be able to install packages and casks, update only the ones I choose, remove things, inspect package details, see what depends on what, manage taps, and handle Homebrew services with simple buttons.

Please include the nice extras that make this more useful than the terminal, like tagging packages I want to keep an eye on, clearing cached downloads, respecting the system proxy automatically, and a menu bar option so I can check for updates without opening the main window. Make the package lists load quickly and keep the UI polished and easy to understand.

It should be something I can compile and run on a recent macOS setup in Xcode. If you need to, look up current docs online and wire up whatever is missing so it all works end to end.
