Build me a Windows desktop app for Forza Horizon 6 that lets normal players turn PNG, JPG, or BMP images into vinyl groups without needing to mess with Python or memory addresses.

The app should have one simple window where I can add images, choose a quality preset, generate the vinyl JSON with GPU acceleration, preview the result, then import it into the FH6 Vinyl Group Editor. It should guide me through the safe workflow, like keeping the template ungrouped, entering the exact layer count, selecting the FH6 process, and not switching menus during import.

Please include helpful logs, a way to export detailed logs for debugging, startup update checking with changelog notes, and clear troubleshooting messages for admin permissions, OpenCL or GPU driver problems, blurry output, and template detection failures. It should save generated JSON files next to the source image and support high quality settings like random samples and output layers. Make it easy to package as a one file EXE for regular users.
