Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small command line app for Ableton Live that lets two or more people work on the same set together without a central server.

I want one person to host a session, get an invite code, and let friends join from their own computers. The app should sync project files peer to peer, and it should smartly merge changes to tracks, clips, notes, and other set structure instead of treating the file like plain text. If two people edit the same clip at the same time, I want it to pause and let us choose which version to keep, with a quick preview so it is easy to decide.

It should also connect to Ableton Live with a small remote script so things like clip names, colors, track levels, pan, mute, sends, and tempo update in near real time while we keep working. Saving in Live should share new versions automatically, and there should be an easy way to join with either merge or replace mode. If you need to, look up the current Ableton and Syncthing docs online.
