Build me a web app for monitoring and analyzing Telegram activity. I want a React frontend with a clean dashboard that lets me view detected channels, suspicious users, and message data in a simple way. It should have pages or sections for the main dashboard, detected channels, and suspicious users, and it should feel like a real admin tool I can click through easily.

On the backend, set up two Python services, one for the main app and one for Telegram data collection using Telethon. Connect them so the frontend can load the latest results and send requests without me having to manage the details.
