Build me a local, self hosted knowledge base app that feels like an AI powered startup workspace. I want everything stored as normal markdown files on disk, not in a database, with git history so every edit is saved and I can view diffs or restore older versions.

The app should open in the browser on localhost, walk me through a simple onboarding flow with a few questions, then set up an AI team with memory, goals, skills, scheduled jobs, and internal chat. I also want rich text and markdown editing, missions and task boards, fast search, PDF and CSV viewing, a web terminal for local AI commands, and the ability to drop an index.html file into any folder and have it show up as an embedded app inside the workspace.

Keep it dark by default, simple, portable, and privacy first so data stays on my machine. Please include an easy command line flow to create a new workspace, run it, update it, and uninstall the app without deleting my actual files. Look up current docs online if you need to.
