cables-gl/cables_electron ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a desktop app version of cables.gl that runs on Mac, Windows, and Linux using Electron.

I want it to open the Cables editor in its own window, feel like the web version, and let me start patching right away without needing a browser. Please include a normal app window, support for opening in fullscreen, and an option to start with the renderer maximized. It should be easy to run locally for development, and it should pick up config overrides from a local settings file if one exists.
