Build me an Obsidian desktop plugin that turns requirement notes into a live project dashboard.

I want to point it at a folder of markdown requirement files, read the frontmatter, and show a project overview with counts, filters, search, and a My tasks view. From each requirement card, I should be able to open a workbench to update progress, milestone status, planned launch date, and other fields, then preview the changes before saving them back to the note.

It should also support comparing the current note state with SVN snapshots and committing updates to SVN when I confirm it. For milestones, I want AI drafted reminder emails, the ability to edit the subject and body, pick recipients from a contact list, attach files, and send through SMTP if I’ve configured it.

Please include a simple way to generate sample files and settings for first time setup, and make sure nothing gets written or sent unless I explicitly confirm it.
