Build me a local PowerShell tool called SecondBrain that acts like a bridge to Microsoft 365 Copilot on my Windows machine. I want to be able to type something like copilot "quais sao minhas reunioes de amanha?" and have it open the already signed in Copilot desktop app, put the question into the chat box, send it, wait for the reply, and return only the answer in PowerShell.

Also add a WhatsApp collector that can read my WhatsApp Web chats locally, save the messages to a JSONL file on my computer, and keep syncing new messages without duplicating old ones. Then add a simple analysis script that can read that local chat history and help me find tasks, follow ups, and important people.

Keep everything local and make it easy to run from PowerShell. If you need to look up current docs for browser automation or WebView2, do that.
