calagopus/panel — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted game server management panel like a modern replacement for Pterodactyl, focused on speed and a clean dashboard. I want to be able to deploy, start, stop, restart, and monitor game servers such as Minecraft and Rust, with container based isolation and a responsive web UI that works well on desktop and mobile.

Please make it feel production ready, with a solid Rust backend and a polished frontend, plus support for the usual server config flows people expect from Pterodactyl style eggs. It should also be easy to extend later with frontend and backend plugins, not something that needs messy core edits.

If possible, include a migration path so someone coming from Pterodactyl or Pelican can import their existing setup. Use the existing compose files so it is easy to run locally or in a full stack setup. Please wire up the database migrations and make sure the app actually boots end to end.
