Build me a personal intelligence agent dashboard, something like a Jarvis-style command center that runs completely locally on my machine with no cloud subscriptions.

It should pull in real-time data from dozens of public sources, monitoring things like flight traffic, satellite fire detections, market prices, radiation levels, and news from conflict zones. All of this information needs to be displayed on a single dashboard with a cool, futuristic look. I'd like to see the data on a 3D globe and also have the option for a flat map view.

The app should also be able to connect to an LLM. When it's connected, I want it to send me alerts on Discord or Telegram when something significant happens, and let me ask for summaries with simple commands from my phone. Please build it with Node.js.
