Build me an open source video production app that turns a coding assistant into a little studio. I want to be able to either describe a video in plain English or paste in a YouTube link, Short, Reel, TikTok, or local clip as a reference, then have the system analyze the style, pacing, scenes, and transcript and come back with a few different concepts, a realistic production plan, and a rough cost before it starts.

Then it should handle the whole flow, research, script, scene plan, asset gathering or generation, voiceover, music, captions, editing, and final render. It should support both real motion video made from free stock or archive footage and image based videos with cinematic movement and transitions. I also want a local visual board that shows each production live, what stage it is in, what assets were made, which tools were used, and how much was spent, with a simple approval step before final rendering.
