Build me a clean informational website for Ubuntu, like the real ubuntu.com. It should help people understand what Ubuntu is, find the right version for desktop, cloud, servers, and connected devices, download it, and get started without needing an account or a database.

Use a simple Flask app with reusable page templates and static content. Include a clear top navigation, footer links, release and download pages, product landing pages, and a way for people to report website issues from the footer. Make the content easy to update through simple config or content files.

Please also support adding ?format=md to normal HTML pages so the same page content can be returned as Markdown for crawlers and AI tools. Keep the design polished, accessible, and close to Ubuntu’s official style, but don’t overcomplicate it.

Set it up so I can run it locally and view it in the browser. Look up current docs online if you need to.
