Build me an open source Viper 3.0 style hacking shell for the game Grey Hack. I want it to feel like a useful in game terminal tool that makes the normal Grey Hack workflow faster and more fun, with a command based shell, separate helper modules, managers, facades, utilities, and installer scripts that can be compiled and copied into the game.

Please set up the project so it can be opened in VS Code, built with the Greybel extension, and deployed into Grey Hack from the generated build files. Include a simple in game website page for downloading or presenting the tool, and write clear setup notes so someone can clone it, build it, install the generated scripts, then compile the main shell wherever they want in the game.
