Build me a standalone command line tool that can take a Roblox Luau script protected by Luraph v15 and turn it back into clean, readable source code.

I want it to work on a single file or a whole folder, let me save the result to a path I choose, and have a fast detect mode that tells me if a script is protected without fully running it. It should be able to handle the common Luraph tricks like hidden constants, fake crash traps, and the flattened VM style code, then recover the original flow like if statements and loops as best as possible.

Please make it run locally on Node 18 or newer, with whatever helper runtime it needs, and keep it self contained so I can just install dependencies and use it. If you need current docs or examples for anything, look them up online and then build the best version you can.
