Build me a web app called DigitaHinos Tuba, a MIDI viewer and hymn composer for tuba in B flat.

It should show an animated tuba with 4 valves, where pressing notes makes the valves move down and the extra tubing for each valve lights up. I want a full fingering guide from low C to B flat 4, including alternate fingerings shown with smaller buttons. The screen should also show the harmonic, a bass clef staff, and the composer name.

Add a composer area where I can create hymns, import MIDI files, and export the result as WAV, MIDI, JSON, and PDF sheet music. The sheet music should use bass clef and show valve combinations under each note, with green for pressed valves. It should support both 3 valve and 4 valve tuba versions, autosave projects in the browser, and preserve saved projects locally.
