Build me a web app and API that can make short videos automatically from just a topic or a few keywords.

I want it to generate the script, find matching video clips, add subtitles, choose or generate voice narration, and mix in background music, then export a polished high quality short video. It should support both vertical and horizontal formats, let me tweak things like subtitle style, clip length, and music volume, and let me preview voices before making the final video. I also want to be able to use my own local media if I want, or pull from free stock sources.

Please make it easy to use in a browser, and keep it working well for both Chinese and English. If possible, let me batch create a few versions at once so I can pick the best one. It would be great if it can also publish directly to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts after generation. If you need to check current docs or integrations online, go ahead and do that.
