Build me an open source web app called Mock Reviewer PH for people reviewing for Philippine Civil Service exams.

I want a clean responsive site where a user can pick a mock exam type, Professional, Sub Professional, or a Practice mode that mixes both. The exam should show one question at a time, let the user choose an answer, skip questions, and go back to previous or skipped questions before finishing. After submission, show the score and review each question with the correct answer and a short explanation.

Please include exam sections like analytical, numerical, verbal, clerical, and general information topics such as the Philippine Constitution, RA 6713, peace and human rights, and environmental management. Use React with Vite and Tailwind CSS, and make it look polished with a simple logo area, home page, exam page, and results page. Keep the code easy to update so more questions can be added later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
